Fractal Montreal art from politics images collection presenting a portrait of a man. The Wink Melody shows Russian President Vladimir Putin doing a wink. The seed photograph used to create this Fractal Montreal mosaic and Vorotrans artwork was published back in 2017 at a time where Donald Trump was under investigation for ties to Russia. In Vorotrans art, only space partition frontiers are made visible. Such partitioning of the 2-D space is called Voronoi diagram. It is named after the Russian and Ukrainian mathematician Georgy Voronoy.

For this artwork, Stephane Poirier created a Fractal Montreal politic mosaic that may also contain color processed and geometry modified Russian president Vladimir Putin photographs coming from one, many, or all of the following North American information relays: News Papers photographs, TV Networks frames, as well as strategically dished out images from Global Search Engines.
